How it works

How ReachAngle works

Quick answer

ReachAngle works in three steps. You paste a prospect's company URL. It fetches that company's public pages and extracts the signals worth referencing — product launches, funding, hiring, expansion — attaching the verbatim snippet each was found in. It then drafts up to 3 cold-email angles grounded in those signals, which you can edit, copy, or open in Gmail. The whole run takes seconds, and if the public pages carry no strong signal, ReachAngle says so instead of inventing one.

1

Fetch the prospect's public pages

You give ReachAngle one thing: a company URL. It requests that company's publicly reachable pages the same way a visitor's browser would, and keeps the readable text. There is no list to upload, no CRM to connect, and no contact database involved. Nothing private is accessed.

2

Extract signals, with the evidence attached

A language model reads that text and pulls out signals — a product launch, a funding round, an open role, a market or office expansion, a change in tech stack. Each signal is stored with the exact snippet it was drawn from, so the claim can be checked against the source instead of taken on trust. Signals with thin support are marked weak rather than dressed up.

3

Draft up to 3 angles from those signals

ReachAngle then writes up to 3 different email angles, each anchored to a specific signal, and shows the cited evidence alongside the draft. Different angles let you choose the reason that actually fits your offer rather than accepting the first thing generated.

4

Edit and send from your own inbox

Drafts are yours to change. Edit in place, copy the text, or open the message prefilled in Gmail. ReachAngle does not send on your behalf and does not run sequences, so your sending stays in the inbox and tooling you already use.

Why the order matters

Most cold-email tools begin at the draft and ask you to supply the context. That puts the hardest part of the job — finding a true, specific, checkable reason this prospect should care today — back on you, and it is the part people skip when they are busy. What comes out is fluent and generic, and it gets deleted on reflex.

ReachAngle runs the research first and writes second. Because the draft is generated from signals that were actually found on the prospect's site, the opening reference is specific by construction rather than by discipline. And because each signal keeps the snippet it came from, you can verify the claim in a couple of seconds before the email leaves your outbox.

The honest failure case matters just as much. When a company's public pages carry nothing worth referencing, ReachAngle reports a weak signal instead of manufacturing one. A fabricated opener is worse than no email: it burns the prospect and your sender reputation at once.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does one run take?

Seconds. ReachAngle fetches the prospect's public pages, extracts signals, and generates the drafts in a single pass while you wait.

What information does ReachAngle read?

Only public web pages on the company's own site — the pages any visitor could open. It does not use a purchased contact database and does not access anything behind a login.

What if the company has no strong signal?

ReachAngle tells you. It is designed to report a weak or missing signal rather than manufacture a reason to reach out, because a fabricated opener is worse than no email.

Can I use my own inbox?

Yes, and that is the intended workflow. Drafts open directly in Gmail or can be copied into whatever sending tool you already use. There is no platform lock-in and no sequencing contract.

Does ReachAngle write the whole email or just the opener?

The whole email: subject line, opener, body, and a single call to action, with the cited evidence shown beside it so you can verify the claim before sending.

Try it on a real prospect

Paste a company URL and ReachAngle reads their public pages, surfaces the signals worth referencing, and drafts evidence-backed outreach you can edit, copy, or open in Gmail.

No credit card. You only spend a run when there's a real signal to reference.
